Interview
It was a fairly standard interview process, consisting of a phone screening conversation followed by in-person panel interview. After the panel interview I received a phone call the next day offering me the position.

Interview
A HR representative reached out to me via email after submitting an application. We set up a time to talk over the phone. During the call, we spoke about why I was leaving my current position, she insinuated that I was changing jobs because I was difficult to get along with when I mentened I didn't have a lot in common with team members because of age differences. I was really busy at the time and was on the way to another interview, which resulted in a offer. I am still with the other company three years later and have had all postive feedback. The negative interview at ProAssurance didn't really bother me much at the time, but the more I think about it, the more it bothers me. I wanted to post this incase others had a similar experience.
