First I received a phone screening from HR. Then I was invited to a group interview which was interesting (I won't give away the surprise). But from the group interview I was then interviewed by the program manager. Later I had another phone interview with the clinical director.

It was a group training. WE had to take a lot of online test. We had to get background check, We had to do criminal record check. A lady names Billy and Lola will call you for leads

. This was a start up company and all processes were created from scratch. Had to use customer service skills at all levels, in office, with vendors and family members who came to work there later.
