Pretty basic STAR interview. Nothing unexpected, very structured. The initial interview came after the initial screening and was over the phone. It was an informal fit interview followed by a structured behavioral interview. After the initial interview, a second interview was conducted in person. The visit also included meeting several people on the team.

Describe a time where you were in a difficult situation. How did you react?
Really proactive and forthcoming. Good interview guides available online to prepare. Aligned with the culture. They are usually behavioral questions which are good predictors of success in the job. I think the recruitment process was fair and timely. Good conversations with the folk in the team and good experience overall

Went through the online assessment and it was challenging, especially if you don't know what to expect. They look at your skills and capabilities - like a college entrance test.
