Submitted my resume on P&G's career section. I was required to take two online tests, one personality and one logical, the day after I submitted my application. After I passed the tests, I was invited to do a phone interview (approximately 1.5 hr, both behavioral and technical) with the recruiter at P&G. The interview went very well. I was asked to take another test (similar to those online, but it was composed of numerical, logical and verbal parts) on site in the local office. After successfully completing the tests, they offered to join the program and flew me to CIncinnati in August. I was interviewed again by 2 senior employees on site. And they offered me a full time job at the end of the event.
