I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Jan 2020
Interview
After filling out the application, you’re automatically sent a personality assessment with some logic and problem solving quizzes. If you pass that, you go through a phone screen with the recruiter followed by an interview with hiring manager. If you make it past that, you’ll have two final interviews. Questions are scenario based “tell me about a time when” and “how would you respond/react”.
Whole process took about 2 weeks from application to offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to take the lead on a task within a group and what were the results.
Expect a lengthy process of IQ and behavioral testing, followed by a series of panel interviews. The panel interviews were conducted in person, with up to three people asking set questions that looked like they were being read from a script.

Question 1
"tell me about a time when you had to overcome an internal challenge to achieve an objective"
There were two rounds of interviews - both were behavioural. The first was a telephone interview, followed by an in-person interview. Overall, a very pleasant and smooth behavioural interview process.
