I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
The interview process is very lengthy and kind of redundant. You will start with a 30 minute phone interview and then if successful you progress onto 1 or 2 video interviews with team leads. You will get questions that relate to your background as well as "theoretical" questions. Be prepared to have examples of leadership.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you applied your expertise to accomplish something significant.
Formal process, personality questions, problem solving questions. Want to know how you solve problems and then how you want to grow and gauge your personality and what your expectations are
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (New York, NY) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process focused on both personal and behavioral questions. It began with the common “Tell me about yourself” question, followed by several behavioral questions using the STAR method. The interviewer wanted to understand how I handled tasks, solved problems, and managed competing priorities in past roles. Overall, it was structured, professional, and gave me the opportunity to showcase my administrative and organizational skills.
