Got to assessment centre. 3 days at their offices building a campaign. Very relaxed but constantly being assessed. Final day presentation and interview with director.

You apply by sending in your CV and filling out the usual information about yourself, your experience, your education etcetera. Then, the online assessment stage is quite challenging: not so much the behavioural questions but the dot pattern recognition game style test. I’m not sure what it’s trying to test or how it helps the recruiters gauge my competency…

Brilliant interview process, learnt a lot about the company and had plenty of time to ask questions. All interviews were very positive experiences and the final assessment centre was great! It was 2 days in the office meeting lots of people, completing a short assessment and another interview
