Interview
It was very hard first of all they ask me question that were very unaccepptable and i was not ready for EU Directive:
Applicable to all Member States
Sets certain aims, requirements and concrete results that must be achieved in every Member State
Sets a process for it to be implemented by Member States
National authorities must create or adapt their legislation to meet these aims by the date specified in each given Directive
EU Regulation:
Immediately applicable and enforceable by law in all Member States
As good practice, Member States issue national legislation that defines the competent national authorities, inspection and sanctions on the subject matter.

The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
