Interview
Long term interview, started with test, followed up with interview by a director. Interview was schematic and boring. Most of the asked questions are avaible online. Whole process recquires detailed explanation on simple tasks. Plus was that the interview was straight after the test results. And they have sent me information by not accepting my cadidacy by mail.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
