recruitment process starts with an online assessment, Cognitive and personality. This must be passed to continue. After that I received an initial phone interview. Informal, low stress as far as I can recall. Following that, I had a video interview with two managers. Very painless interview, low pressure. Typical interview questions. Offer came soon after.

It’s been a while, can’t recall precisely. They were all very typical questions. Like “tell me about a time you made a decision with incomplete information”

Interview
First is the mathematical exam. It includes math, analysis and reading. Next comes the HR interview, afterwards a 1-1 interview, next a Panel interview and that is it :D
