Was good, relatively straightforward and questions weren't technical at all so ideal for a candidate that doesn't come from a traditional finance background like myself. Declined in the end due to not seeing myself fitting into the company culture, comparatively low salary was also a factor.

Hardest video interview question was about how you'd handle convincing your team about an idea they are against.
