I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Austin, TX) in May 2011
Interview
The interview process consisted of two rounds - the first round was at my college campus, and the second round was at the manufacturing plant site. Since this was an interview for a manufacturing position, the person who interviewed me at my college campus also worked at the site. I believe this is how P&G Manufacturing (Product Supply) interviews candidates.
