Informal and conversational. There were a series of set questions that were asked. Some questions were basic and specific to being able to complete tasks. Dress professional and take it serious, but it was not intimidating.

Basic, informal, somewhat unprofessional. Took about ten or fifteen minutes and was offered position on the spot. Never filled out application. Interview on sight. one individual person in the interview no one else.
