The initial interview process started very well, the first contact was highly professional and left a strong positive impression.
However, the following stage felt less structured and noticeably shorter, with limited discussion about my background or experience.
Overall, there seemed to be some inconsistency in the candidate experience between different stages.
It would be great if the firm could review its recruitment process to ensure a more consistent and engaging approach throughout.

Nature of process: Greetings from staff upon office entry and offered to take a seat in a vacant room. The Interviewer conducted the process in a friendly and casual manner.
Interview venue: Small room with a roundtable, leather chairs, windows, and external noise reduction walls.
