Online application and skills test to start. If you pass that, they set up a phone interview, then on site face to face with two managers, and a side by side experience with a consultant where you listen in on their calls and watched him them navigate the system. Interview questions were behavioral based.

It's quite extensive first you do the assessment test after that when you pass it then you get a over the phone interview which took me 1 hour and 9 minutes after that other face-to-face interview and after that the higher right which is a company that does the background check. But I would say it was all worth it in the end.
