Interview
It was simple. I applied on a Tuesday. The next day, I received the video interview invite. ( I skipped the assessment because I had taken it earlier this year). Monday, I received the invite to schedule a virtual interview. It was virtual due to covid and there was an actual person on the other end. Two weeks later, I received the job offer. The recruiter was very friendly and responsive to all my questions/statements. The interview began with discussing my resume then five questions that should be answered in the STAR format. I answered all the questions as if I were telling a story and was very descriptive in my responses. I asked a few questions at the end and it was all over in about 50 minutes. It wasn’t the easiest process, but I researched a lot about the company beforehand and that helped a lot.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
