Initial interview is a video interview. Answer questions via STAR format and you have one chance to record your answer to each question.
If you pass the initial interview process you will receive an email to complete an assessment.
If you pass the assessment you will have a live video interview.

Interview
Standard behavioral questions, lots of questions about name a time when you responded to an irate customer, name a time you went above and beyond, etc., they are looking for specific examples of course. They also have a challenging online test and phone interview. They would like to know the problem, process for handling, and the outcome.
