The interview process was okay, scheduled fast and asked regular questions. Person interviewing was nice. A common interview format for this type of role is behavioral-based, where the interviewer asks questions to understand how you have approached similar challenges in the past and how you handled them. Bunch of questions about experience

Question 1
Open-ended questions and ask you to describe how you would approach a particular scenario (dealing with complicated stakeholders)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Projective Group (Brussels) in Jan 2015
Interview
4 steps: 3 rounds of interviews with each time 2 Projective representatives and then contract negotiation rounds. It is mainly an open discussion where they run through your resume with content questions. They talk a lot about the specifics of projective as well so you understand the company better. I felt they were genuine discussions/conversations and they did not feel much like an interview.
