Promethium interview questions

They had me scheduled a phone screen via calendly and cancelled 1 hour beforehand without any warning. When I reached out to ask about it I was told to schedule another phone screen. The phone screen was brief and precursory. There’s only one designer on their team and it seemed like they're still trying to find their footing.
