Propeller Digital interview questions

Was asked to prepare a strategy presentation. Interview lasted about 45 minutes, was fairly easy and went well. Didn't get an offer as I wasn't quite the right fit however never got an email or phone call to let me know I had not been shortlisted which I consider bad practice.

I Interviewed almost a month ago with propeller and then filled out a small task. They said they would get back to me within the week. So 10 days later I emailed to ask if there was any other news. To which they said they would get back to me in a few days. Didn't even tell me if I got the job or not, they have not emailed me since. I think this is a really poor way to handle potential employees. Also in my opinion there was a very unwelcoming atmosphere of a cliquey group of girls. The interview itself was very easy as was the task. I think it's completely down to if you would fit in with the Clique. But after reading the reviews on glassdoor I wouldn't accept anyway.
