An interview describing you the job and then a virtual assessment. It's really easy, it is just interpreting a mock. Then a short course or training in medical terminology. And that's it.
The representative had a very relaxed and transparent attitude. He asked questions relevant to the role and explained in detail each step of the process and what is expected of the candidate.

Very easy review. Got asked about my previous experience. And they answered any questions I had about the job. And go ask about the desired pay rate. The recruiting team is very nice.
