Interview
A very straightforward but unique interviewing process. The first interview was in person with the hiring manager. It was a basic screening interview to determine fit and skill sets. The next round was three consecutive interviews with potential stakeholders and future team members. Then the final interview was with the organization's Chief Medical Officer. The whole process took about two months.
