It was personal, friendly, and complete. I was allowed to speak any concerns but I had none. I enjoyed the conversation and company of the person who interviewed me. She seemed genuinely interested.

The D.O.N. was knowledgeable about the position benefits and PTO time. The interview was 1 on 1. The interview took place in her office. It was low key and kind of easy. I had previously worked here so I knew most of the process.
