Applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed via Skype. Everyone was very friendly and understanding. First is HR. Then a coding challenge, which is followed by a technical interview. At the technical interview stage, they test you with a mix of simple and complicated questions, to determine your skillset (for me it was bash, golang related).
