Group interview, more games than questions. Go outside to survey people to sample the job. Asked some questions after in a 1:1 setting. It seemed like everyone in the group was hired, so the interview is more to explain the job than it is to learn about you specifically. There seems to be a high turn over rate

The group interview lasted about an hour through Google Meet. These sessions include ice-breakers and questions to see how you interact with others (they gave us a few minutes to think about our answers). Then you'll get a message from another interviewer to schedule you for an in-person interview.
