Interview
Super easy, met with the manager and head floor coordinator. They were really nice and personable. They asked a few general questions such as my college major and future plans. I gave them a bit of background history being that my parent once worked at a Publix before and the good reviews I heard about them. I heard back from the Customer Service manager the next day with a job offer I accepted.
Asked what I knew about the company. Interviewer was impressed I knew the founder and when it was founded. The interview was very easy and no prior work experience was needed.
Really was easy. Basically the only question asked was why I wanted to work there. I basically just said because I’ve always enjoyed going to Publix growing up and seeing all the employees with a smile made me know it was a good place to work.

Interview
I applied online and I showed up at the job fair in both March to learn about the company and April to actually do my interview. It was for a new store they are opening in Rolesville.
