First, I was shown a tour of the warehouse by two employees and explained how the order selectors do their job. I was then asked to pick up one of the more heavier boxes which was about 49 lbs. (aka: physical agility test) After that, I was taken back to the waiting area to have my interview with the hiring manager. They are looking for people to fit in their clique. The interview consists of a short speech on the importance of safety and then the interviewer reads questions off of a a sheet and writes down your answers. My related background or experience was never discussed and he really emphasized the question of "How to you approach getting along with coworkers." I interviewed on a Tuesday and got the "Thanks but no thanks" letter on Friday. I really didn't find them to be that impressive. I'm actually glad I didn't get hired because I don't like the social politics.
