First a phone interview. Then a 4 hour test at their Lakeland corporate office. Includes a very long multiple choice test, even longer personality test, an essay, and other writing/professionalism assignments. I finished in 3.5 hours, and I was the first one done. I have taken so many of these, including where I currently work. Its basically an extremely long CCAT and SAT. Ever corporate employee has to take this. The other 2 assignments are position/job specific. I got an email the next day that the position was cancelled. Spending 4 hours to take a test before you interview is what you need to prepare for. And this cannot be taken online. I would feel very bad for someone who flew down for a position. I took a day off work and drove an hour. Looking back, I should have made sure they were serious about the position. Prepare yourselves. I dont wish this experience on anyone. I didnt meet a single person, except the test facilitator.
