Make sure you research the company extensively as they will ask you if you have any questions during the interview. The more questions you have the better you look in the interviewers eyes.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Publix (Coral Springs, FL) in Sept 2016
Interview
I applied in August 2016, then got the email for background and assessment. 3 weeks later September 23rd, I received an invitation to schedule an interview. I was shocked because they were only doing interviews on Tuesday September 27th. I arrived and sat down and waited for my name to be called and it was finally called we went to the cafeteria and the interview started. He began with simple question like "why should we hire you?" . I was pretty confident with my answers then he asked me if I had any questions for him. I didn't come to ask any question so I told no. Surprisingly he chuckled and said "you did good, Imma try to squeeze you in, Just wait on a car or an email in the next couple days." Today makes the 2nd day and I'm still waiting to be notified whether they're considering me on not.
