Multiple interviews, slower process. Needed to have face to face with multiple hiring managers. The interviews themselves with typical customer service related questions, and how you would deal with different scenarios.

What do you look for in customer service? How would you provide premier customer service?
East interview, greeted by assistant manager. Very friendly staff as well. Thirty minutes no more than forty minutes. Also got to meet the store manager, great environment overall. Dressed business casual
This is one of the easiest interviews I’ve encountered. Be yourself, it’ll take you far. They love someone who wants to tend to the customer at almost any cost, a team player, and one who takes time management seriously.

Single round interview with the manager, list of basic personal questions as well as common interview questions. Time took about thirty minutes in a side office and then offered on spot
