Interview
In-person interview with the assistant customer service manager. It lasted under 30 minutes. Also, the interviewer was late. We sat down in the "training room" where I was asked two questions.
The interview was relatively brief, but seemed to emphasize a high-level understanding of the nature of the tasks required: customer service, a positive attitude, and punctuality. It was pretty straightforward.

Interview
The process was very easy and laid back. They'll probably want to know if you're a student or have any experience in customer service. If you have experience you should get hired pretty easily.
