Good, cool person , puntual, fast, a lot of people. Easy parking, very fast process , clear, the person are so Lovely and charm , listen all about me and tell me a lot of tips for mi interview
The interview was over the phone with hiring manager. The interview was scheduled within a week of applying to the job. The next step was a technical assessment of skills.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Publix (Lakeland, FL) in Nov 2015
Interview
It took two months to get on site interview.
- Phone Screen ( 2 times)
- Writing Test
- Onsite Interview
For an on-site interview, managers did not pay attention to my presentation. (e.g. one of Marketing Manager played with his phone. )
They did not very nice with minority groups! If you are from a Minority Group, they will not interact very well.
After HR test, they canceled one of the meetings without any notice. It was not professional.
