Interview
Hard to get interview if you don't know anyone that works there. Just review resume with store manager. Fairly easy if store manager is liked. You apply at in-store computer first. Should follow up with customer service staff and managers.
Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.
Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
