Interview
It took some time since many job openings weren't open at all. I applied a year before i was hired i guess it's because how they have enough employees. As they called me cellphone and asked me to come down to the store for an interview. It was quite easy questions just be honest. Honesty and be who you are.
Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.

Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
