I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Publix (Lakeland, FL) in Aug 2012
Interview
Phone, then in-person test, then with leadership group, then with the vice president, then with the President of the United States. I think I interviewed with 12 people Some of those people I never saw again, even after being hired.
It was fairly easy, with lots of questions. There were three rounds of interviews. All the interviewers were extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. Some background on the company. It was a positive experience.

Question 1
I can't remember exactly, but it was about my best strengths and what I could bring as a team member.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Publix (Miami, FL)
Interview
Very nice and friendly. They are technical questions but otherwise great! They have good benefits and employee programs. Recommended. You can go in person to apply or apply online. This is a big company. Many perks offered.
The interview process was virtual; it was very basic, no frills type meeting, easy questions, and fairly short interview overall. At the end, they asked if I had any questions, so I inquired about benefits and hours.
