Very easy and fast straightforward. Would recommend. Same day hire, Pretty nice staff. Ideal for students or people wanting a very flexible schedule. I have worked here for almost 2 years now and the interview was one of the more memorable things about applying and getting the job.

In-person interview with the assistant customer service manager. It lasted under 30 minutes. Also, the interviewer was late. We sat down in the "training room" where I was asked two questions.
The interview was relatively brief, but seemed to emphasize a high-level understanding of the nature of the tasks required: customer service, a positive attitude, and punctuality. It was pretty straightforward.
