Fairly easy. They'll just ask basic situational questions and your availability. Most of the time, they'll do most of the talking and if they like you, you might get a drug test done at the first interview.

Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.

Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
