Interview
Not worth your time - very bad.
1. You'll need to do a sorting algo problem, that's the easy part, the experience is very poor, interviewer late or rude or unbearable.
2. If you pass 1 above, you go through a trial week of refactoring a chrome extension of 8000+ lines of spaghetti code to MVC architecture. (Impossible task, trust me)
3. You will need to install a tracker that collects what info they don't tell you, from your PC.
4. You will get on daily calls from a tech recruiter that gaslights you, brings you down, offers little or no help, lies to you that the stage is paid, talks so inexperienced about "your code", weirdly thinks candidate can do task 2 in 4days of 8hrs+ that is somewhat enforced, weirdly thinks that all your code and other candidates can be evaluated the same day of submission and an offer will be made on the same day.
5. Gives you the slient treatment after submission and never gets back to you.

Interview
You first pass the first round where they go through your resume. Then you have a technical challenge (Leetcode like). Next, you have at least 1 (can be 2) weeks of peer coding. After you pass this stage, you are recruited.
