Several phone interviews, no clear feedback given at the end of the process. It would have been a better experience to learn from the process or to be notified when I was no longer being considered for the role.

I was reached out to by a recruiter. I was then passed over to a current member of the team who was not the hiring manager. Was then told the hiring manager would schedule something and I was ghosted.
