After applying online, I received a call from Leanne who was very kind and after asking some details about me and my background, gave me details about the company, the projects they were working on and the kind of clients they have. I did not have previous experience with Salesforce, so for me this explanation was very important as I could understand if the job would fit me or not.
After the call, Leanne scheduled a day to meet me in person. The interview process was very pleasant, I felt comfortable all the time, both Leanne and Paul were very kind and replied to all the questions I had about the job and the company.

Interview
The interview was professional, but very easy going. The interviewers made me feel very relaxed and at ease. The interview was competency based, with lots of questions about my experience with Salesforce, both interviewers had a lot of knowledge about the system so it was very easy to 'Talk Shop.' One of the best interviews I have had.
