QBP Project Manager interview questions

The interview consisted of a screening interview conducted over the phone followed up with a final interview via video conference before a panel of QBP team members. The initial interview was with the QBP recruiter. The final round interview with the panel included the program manager, a relevant sub brand product manager and a marketing operations manager. Most of the final interview was steered by the program manager since that role directly supervises project managers.
