My first interview was for a SQL developer I did not get job but was told they had another one in mind and would keep my details for 3 months. Its a line I had heard so many times before. This time it was true, hence I had a second interview for a different role.
What stood out the most was I had 5 people in the room interviewing me. This may be normal for some jobs but I was applying for a junior support analyst.
