The interview process with Qantas while lengthy was super easy to get through. After completing application you are invited to an assessment day where you complete group activities and one on one interviews.
The interview process was well thought out, organized and thorough. Everyone was friendly and professional along the way. I felt they provided enough information and was very happy to receive the job offer.

Chat online interview, automatic reply after you give them the answers , they ask you about your experiences about previous jobs and at the end the software they use automatic generate a profile about you and you got an email about that.
Congratulated for passing the first step of recruitment.
Invited for a telephone interview maybe today, maybe tomorrow as written on the email received.
The interview never happened.
Two days later after the never happened interview I received an email saying that I wasn´t successful.
