The interview process was first over the phone with human resources and then took place at the Seattle office in a group setting. The group went around and read questions off a pre-written list.

I was asked to describe my previous experiences. I was asked to share what I liked about the type of work for which I was applying. I was asked if I was a team player. I was asked if I liked working from home.

Interview
3 interviews. After HR phone screening, there was one interview with director, one with director and other manager, one with director, manager, and phone agents.
My impression right from the start that this was a company in chaos-mode. Interviewers were often distracted with urgent business elsewhere. All computer systems were down were down during one of the interviews and the director frequently expressed exasperation.
