After a Ph.D. from a leading institute, I applied for an R&D Engineering position. The work Qualitas was doing seemed very interesting and challenging. The CEO showed me some of the projects that were being worked on, which I had not come across in other companies, and applied because I could take on more challenges in a smaller company when compared to a larger company which paid better. In the end, I decided to take up an offer with Siemens, but seriously considered Qualitas as an option.
