Quantiphi Account Manager- Provider interview questions

The recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, and conducted the initial screen call. The recruiter was very kind and responsive at first. interviewed with Global leader, US Healthcare. Had a great conversation and was moved to next round to interview with hiring manager. I sent thank you emails and reached out to recruiter for next steps, waited another week and reached out and left a VM and email and never heard back. It was very unprofessional and feel the org should require follow up with all candidates, as they take time out of their lives to interview, the recruiter should show the same amount of professionalism. I was very excited about the company and role and hope they can improve their recruiting processes moving forward.
