The interviews I have attended, had two stages. General interview made by two HR stuff, then a technical one. Questions were from easy to hard. The interview process was pleasant and I had fun. Learned some new things. Was asked for algorithms exercise, some JS or React coding. Btw, both parties had interactive online code editor.
