Thorough interview process that was overall very positive. Not too short, not too long. Small project wasn't crazy to do. Talking with multiples teams was nice including CRO and CEO.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Quantum Metric in Feb 2020
Interview
The interview process was at once extensive and appropriate. It started with a pretty standard phone screen with internal HR, then progressed to the hiring manager. From there, the next two steps were clearly designed to make sure there was a mutual personal, professional and cultural fit with conversations with a would-be peer and a Solutions Consultant (i.e. someone I'd be working with often). Final steps with CxO level folks provided both sides the comfort needed to move forward. Although a lengthy process it was appropriate, intelligent, and comfortable.

Question 1
Multiple folks asked me about my sales process. This was important because the role does required a fair bit of door opening - and then of course deal closing - but bringing someone in who is not willing or capable of opening doors would be wasted time for all parties.

Interview
Thorough and a good evaluation process to determine fit. About 5 steps long, but asked for additional meetings with future colleagues during that time. There is a mock presentation as well.

Interview
It was an absolute pleasure working with Joe A. during the recruiting process. (side note, he was just promoted!) I was able to meet with several different groups over the course of 3 weeks including the CEO Mario. The process was smooth and with no surprises.
