Interview
Five interviews-First with recruiting, then several with ESD and a few co-workers, and a final with upper management. Increasing difficulty with each although if you reach the final, it's more of a get to know you situation.

Interview
The recruiter phone call was successful so I was offered an interview with the hiring director. She didn't show. Not much else needs to be said, when is it ever acceptable to no-show a meeting? And as the leader of a sales team she should know better. It's a gross way to make a first impression.
