I was referred to the opportunity by a friend. A few days later, a recruiter reached out to me. We set up a phone interview a few days later. Afterwards, I spoke with the Director of Client Services. The recruiter then informed me that the next round would consist of four one-on-ones (demo, cultural fit, client-services experience, and a case study). He offered to have an additional check-in call before that round, in case I had questions or needed to clarify anything. After the 3rd round, I was informed I was not moving onto the final round, which would have been an onsite presentation. Should I have made it to the final round, I was told I would be given a case study to complete and granted access to Quid's platform to complete it. All in all, in spite of the unfavorable outcome, I really enjoyed learning about the organization, the platform, and the team. I really think it is a great platform with a lot of value. As for the organization and the team, every person I spoke with (I also spoke with a few other individuals who either worked or currently worked at the organization) seemed to truly enjoy Quid.
